How to Connect Twilio to Callably

Select Twilio as your provider

In Callably, go to Settings → Phone Provider and choose Twilio from the list.

Enter your Twilio credentials

From the Twilio Console (console.twilio.com), copy your Account SID and Auth Token. Also enter your Twilio phone number and the agent device number Twilio should dial for click-to-call. Paste all four values into Callably Settings.

Configure your Twilio number with the Connection URL

After saving, Callably shows a "Connection URL" in Settings. Copy it, then in the Twilio Console go to Phone Numbers → Active Numbers, open your number, and set both the Voice URL and Messaging URL to this Connection URL.

Enable call recording (optional)

Turn on recording for any Twilio number you want Callably to transcribe. Callably automatically downloads, compresses, and transcribes each recording using AI.

Make a test call
