Callably was born from a real frustration: phone-heavy sales teams had great phone systems and great CRMs, but nothing intelligent connecting the two.
Every sales team we talked to had the same problem. Calls were happening — leads were interested, appointments were being discussed, contact details were being shared — but none of it was making it into the CRM automatically. Agents were spending hours manually transcribing calls, copy-pasting names and numbers, and trying to remember who said what.
The tools that existed were either too generic (Zapier-style automations that required a team of developers to configure) or too narrow (call recording tools that stored audio but gave you nothing useful with it).
So we built Callably. An AI-powered CRM that connects directly to your phone system — RingCentral, OpenPhone, Twilio, and more — and automatically handles everything that happens after a call: transcribing it, scoring the lead, extracting contact information, detecting appointment intent, and enrolling the lead in a follow-up sequence.
