In Callably, go to Settings → Phone Provider and choose your provider from the list, or use the generic webhook option.
Copy your Callably webhook endpoint from Settings and add it to your phone provider's webhook or integration settings. Enable call and SMS event types.
Optionally add a CRM webhook URL in Callably Settings. Callably manages your leads internally and can also forward AI-enriched data to any CRM automatically.
